Chanterelle and Ginkgo | Linoprint

Chanterelle mushrooms and ginkgo leaves make an unexpectedly good pair in this hand-carved linocut by Joan Pranata Bogart. Botanical shapes, repetition, and a little woodland weirdness come together in a print that feels both earthy and graphic.

Joan hand-presses, signs, and numbers each piece in her Santa Cruz studio. Printed on Stonehenge printmaking paper with Speedball water-based ink.
