Kelp Fronds | Linoprint

Santa Cruz’s underwater landscape gets the linocut treatment in this graphic kelp print by Joan Pranata Bogart. The repeating fronds turn a familiar coastal plant into pattern, movement, and texture.

Joan carves and hand-presses each print in her Santa Cruz studio, then signs and numbers it. Printed on Stonehenge printmaking paper with Speedball water-based ink.
